Article R. 122-28 of the CPI specifies that this opposition "does not need to be justified and may be expressed by any means. In the case of content made available to the public online, this opposition may be expressed in particular by machine-readable means, including metadata, and by recourse to the terms and conditions of use of a website or service."
Accordingly, any text and data mining operations carried out by an AI system using the audiovisual works, content, and/or any of their components present on this website - whether accessed directly or via third parties, in full or in part, freely or against payment — shall constitute acts of infringement liable to the sanctions provided for under Articles L. 331-1 et seq. of the CPI, unless prior written consent has been obtained from Softlight Pictures.
